 Dow headquarters and workshop

Dow's new premises are the absolute eye-catcher at MVP and allow all employees who were previously spread across a large area to now work in a single building.

Related companies

MVP provides a base for firms with ties to the processing industry in the region. This includes maintenance companies, contractors and service providers. Trinseo Netherlands  (7,700 m²), TMS Terneuzen (4,000 m²) and ENGIE Netherlands (7,000 m²) preceded SPIE (2,500 m²) in opting for MVP. In addition to these long-term leased single-tenant offices, multi-tenant buildings have also been built for service providers working at the adjacent complex of DOW Chemical.

C-Park

Aside from our construction activities, we also took care of providing adequate parking on the periphery of MVP. This area offers 214 vehicle spaces and has been equipped with a digital parking management system, which can only be controlled by the tenant of the parking place(s).
