Cordeel is building Hotel en Residentie de Schelde at a unique location overlooking the sea. The complex consists of 51 hotel rooms and 33 owner-occupied apartments with an underground car park, restaurant, spa and wellness centre, sauna and heated swimming pool.

Something for everybody

The 18 tower apartments and 15 regular apartments will vary in size from approximately 70 to 143 m2 and are to be fitted out with all modern conveniences. The apartments will have different layouts and one or more sunny patios. Residents will be able to choose the exact property that suits their needs.

Challenging, busy building site

The building site represents a major challenge. It is located on the seafront boulevard in Cadzand, with housing directly along the border. For example, it is not easy to expand the existing basement, a remnant of the previous building, while limiting any inconvenience to others in the vicinity. We are however tackling the coordinating role that this demands with great enthusiasm. Cordeel is also the developing contractor for this project: we are responsible for the entire process from design to completion.
