Attractive location

Point of View will be built in a very desirable location, surrounded by greenery and in the heart of the city centre. The tower will sport a modern, distinctive look thanks to its staggered balconies, bright stringcourses and spectacular 10th floor terraces. All apartments will have floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of outdoor space to take full advantage of the view. The top floors will boast penthouses (200 m2) that benefit from natural light on three sides. Parking spaces will be available for residents in the underground car park. The green roof will serve as a modern city park.

Smart and sustainable

Point of View has been designed with sustainability very much in mind. The building will be connected to the district heating system rather than the gas grid and all apartments will be gas-free. Solar panels on the roof of the residential tower will generate electricity for the common areas. All glass used in the complex will be triple glazed, affording maximum heat and sound insulation. Smart home technology in the apartments themselves will make living at Point of View even more appealing and comfortable. It will be possible to connect the thermostats, smoke detectors and videophones to smartphones, allowing residents to open their doors and control apartment temperature remotely.
