You’ll rotate through different departments and work on a new theme or field every six months. Which path you take? We’ll decide together, based on your interests and talents. Our interns and trainees usually follow a construction-related vocational, bachelor’s, or master’s program, such as architecture, industrial engineering, or real estate and brokerage. But students with a background in supporting fields like HR, finance, or commerce also find their place at Cordeel.
