Just graduated and ready for the next step, but not quite sure which direction to take? Our traineeship is designed for starters who want to grow while discovering where their strengths lie. You’ll rotate through different departments and work on a new theme or field every six months. Which path you take? We’ll decide together, based on your interests and talents. As a trainee, you’re a full-fledged employee, with all the employment benefits that come with it.
Our interns and trainees usually follow a construction-related vocational, bachelor’s, or master’s program, such as architecture, industrial engineering, or real estate and brokerage. But students with a background in supporting fields like HR, finance, or commerce also find their place at Cordeel.
