Cordeel develops business parks, offices, industrial premises, residences and holiday homes and always focuses on the quality of the final product, the planning and the profitability of the project. We supervise the entire process: design, planning permission applications, rerouting of mains pipes, environmental management, execution, guidance for tenants or owners, defects liability work and maintenance after completion of the project. In addition to developing greenfield locations, we also redevelop existing sites; this can include renovation, partial demolition or new builds.
