Cordeel is constructing a sustainable high-rise logistics warehouse for Quooker
The company known for 'the tap that can do everything' is experiencing strong growth, and therefore we are in the first phase of an ambitious project where all business activities are brought together under one roof: factory halls, storage, offices, service center, and showroom. The first phase involves an innovative building 30 meters high, where office, factory, and logistics center come together. This future-proof building will be a place where technology, production, and efficiency reinforce each other. Sustainability and smart logistics are central to the design. With this step, Quooker is investing in the future of the Dutch manufacturing industry.
Project properties
Cordeel Nederland has been appointed by Quooker as the main contractor responsible for the execution and control of the design in collaboration with Swisslog Warehouse Automation and the design team. In collaboration with Quooker, both family businesses have developed a multi-year vision for a compact building (three layers of industry) with a clearly recognizable silhouette and an inviting entrance. The interior is designed as a dynamic work landscape. The building's green concept for future construction phases includes an atrium with living plants and trees, creating a pleasant climate and strong connections between different departments. Additionally, the building will feature a large rooftop garden for employees to use.
