Sandwich panel walls with brick veneer from our own factory

For the Vinkenplein project in Bilthoven, Cordeel is using prefabricated sandwich panel walls with brick veneer for several facades. These walls are to be produced in our own factory and will be delivered to the building site ready for use. The Vinkenplein project comprises 30 apartments, six commercial spaces and an indoor car park.

Prefab components afford numerous advantages: working with just-in-time delivery takes up considerably less space on the building site, construction time is shorter and inconvenience to neighbours is reduced. Moreover, modular prefabricated construction increases site safety.

The components are vapour permeable, 100% waterproof and have a high insulation value. As we produce them in our own precast concrete factory with heat storage granules, the process does not depend on weather conditions and consistently high quality is guaranteed.

Recessed joint

A prefab sandwich panel partition consists of a structural concrete wall, thermal insulation and a brick veneer, which is applied to the insulation in our factory in Temse (Belgium). With access to a wide range of veneers and wall shapes, we can facilitate various architectural designs. The walls of the Vinkenplein project have been recessed in line with the client's wishes.

In addition to walls with brick veneer, we also produce components in smooth concrete with a colour or print on the outer layer. These walls are mainly used in the renovation and new development of residential, industrial and commercial buildings constructed to a common design.
