Celebrating knowledge and experience at Cordeel’s jubilee event

At our recent jubilee event at Het Hooihuis in Roosendaal, a select group of Cordeel Nederland employees took the limelight. We raised our glasses to five people with 12.5 years’ service under their belt, two who have been with us for 25 years and 35 years, respectively, and one who has been here for 40 years. We also said farewell to two employees who are retiring this year after long and successful careers. As is customary during this annual get-together, we thanked all jubilarians — in the presence of colleagues, new recruits and retirees — for their much-valued commitment over the years. During the event, Erik De Bruyn, CEO Cordeel Nederland, said, “Without you, we would not be where we are today with the company. A big thank you for that.”

For many years, Cordeel has pursued an active and sustainable employability policy, ensuring that employees go to work healthy, fit and happy until retirement. Their allegiance allows us to retain precious knowledge and experience, which, in turn, ensures continuity with our clients, who value the importance of long-term relationships.
