Being an intern at Cordeel involves more than just shadowing someone. Each and every one of our colleagues is given freedom and responsibility. It will be no different for you. Of course, we will also provide you with sufficient guidance, because, at Cordeel, we’ve got your back. You’ll be working on one of our construction projects, so you can put everything you’ve learned into practice. And we don't expect you to do that for free — we also offer a decent internship allowance.
We regularly offer traineeships to our former interns. This gives them the opportunity to get to know Cordeel even better and discover where their interests and talents truly lie. By working in several different departments during your two-year traineeship, you’ll be able to deepen your understanding of a new subject every six months. We will first sit down with you and decide together which areas you will focus on. As a trainee, you will be 100% part of the team and enjoy all the benefits that go with it..

The demand for motivated, talented people is probably higher in the building industry than in any other sector. Many of our colleagues began here as interns or trainees. There are plenty of career opportunities at our offices in the Netherlands, as well as at our parent company in Belgium and its subsidiaries.
Our interns and trainees are usually enrolled in construction-related degree courses, such as building and architecture, industrial engineering and management or real estate studies.
