Phase Two: Lidl

This phase involves two buildings at the northern part of De Kwinkelier. The first building consists of three retail units and a supermarket (Lidl). The second building is a large retail unit with a maximum height of 14 metres. In addition, the indoor car park is being expanded with a new section to increase capacity.

Phase Three: Kronkelstraatje

Kronkelstraatje, a winding street, accommodates the present entrance and the shopping centre area beyond. This little street will be completely stripped of all metal structures and canopies. It will be rebuilt to form a small village street with surprising corners and squares and will tie in with the already refurbished part of the shopping centre.
